2. Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
3. Retail Orders
- Payment: All retail orders must be paid in full at checkout.
- Shipping: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location.
- Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard.
4. Returns
- Eligibility: Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Perishable or opened products are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Condition: Returned items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Damaged or improperly packaged returns may not be eligible for refund.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Intellectual Property
All content—including product images, branding, and copy—is the property of Cup Sticks LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Compliance
All products are manufactured and labeled in accordance with FDA regulations and applicable food safety laws. We also maintain halal compliance where applicable.
